Once you are unconditional and we are leading up to settlement day, we recommend you conduct the final inspection of your new property.
This is simply a quick visit to make sure it’s still in the same condition as it was when you purchased it.
We ask that you book this 24 hours prior to settlement day. This will give the Owners sufficient time to finish up moving and cleaning prior to your arrival
Every wheel is finally in motion, as this is when the funds are transferred and you officially become the legal owner of the property.
