Open the windows and turn on all the light switches.

On the final inspection, the agent was sitting with the buyers and we actually called up the sellers to ask if they could grab a bottle of wine out of the fridge. The buyer got to try before they bought. They sat on the deck and enjoyed the views. It was just very, very comfortable. They were inspired by the realisation that they could live like that for the rest of their lives and that secured the purchase.

Selling is a transference of feelings. Your agent is seeking to attract a buyer to the property who will feel the way that you do about your home. That transference of feelings comes back to great preparation of your ‘Open Home Inspections’.
