Unfortunately i was unable to make the recent event with Glenn Twiddle and Chris Gilmore, but I did receive the DVD pack. its unreal! the content is awesome and real. Its so good to see what is actually possible for someone in the industry.

Totally agree, we tried auction and had no registered bidders, and they claim to be the auction experts the large company we tried selling with, we then listed with All Properties Group and sold within days of coming onto the market for a price better than expected, so totally agree with you guys, auction isnt always the best way to sell.

I tell you, Chris Gilmour is a credit to his local area. I mean how selfless is this guy? He literally helped train other agents that could be argued are his competition, but he didn’t hold anything back and shared all his tips on how to look after people in his area.

Then he demonstrated how he gets properties sold faster, with the highest list to sell ratio I’ve ever seen, meaning he sells everything he takes to the market, and statistically he sells them for more based on the median prices in the area.

As a Sales Trainer and Author, I don’t just sing the praises of any agent, but of Chris Gilmour and his team at All Properties Group, they get my unreserved support, and anyone considering selling on the Southside of Brisbane would do themselves a favour by selling with All Properties Group.
